Word Puzzles: Words Can Be Fun

If you’ve followed my blog for a bit, you know that I believe in the power of words. It’s why I open the laptop to share my thoughts, hoping my words might mean something to someone. It’s why I started my greeting card business, bringing connection, compassion, and creativity through words! It’s why I wrote a new paperback full of word searches and word scrambles, delivering fun with words.

I’ve always been a fan of word puzzles. That’s probably not a surprise. They challenge my brain in an oddly relaxing way. There’s something satisfying about finding a word in the puzzle and crossing it off the list.

Feels Like Sunshine Word Search and Word Scramble book was fun to create. I decided to stick with the sunshine theme for this first book (yes — I already have more in the works!), which opened up a whole bunch of categories. I took the idea of sunshine, then twisted and turned it in lots of different ways. Weather. Inspiration. Sunny days. Sunrises and sunsets.

I also decided to add a little something extra to each category. Each begins with 20 word scrambles from words in the puzzles from that section. Double the puzzle types, double the fun!

Don’t worry — there are answer keys, too.
